SHIPPING POLICY
Products that are in stock and ordered by 2:00 pm EST will be shipped same day. All other in stock items will ship the next business day. Most of our orders will ship via UPS, or the United States Postal Service. Once an order has been placed it cannot be changed or cancelled for any reason.
Exceptions to Our Shipping and Delivery Policy
The following exceptions will require extended shipment and/or delivery times:
Products that are normally stocked but that are temporarily out of stock
Products that are not normally stocked and must be special ordered. (i.e. custom orders)
Items requiring special attention in adherence to legal and/or delivery service guidelines
Damages
Occasionally items may become damaged by the shipper. If you have this problem please notify the shipper upon delivery and call us at: 800-540-7890. We will ship a replacement as soon as possible and handle all claims with the shipper.
Delays in Shipping
On occasion, we may experience an unforeseen delay in the shipment of your order. In such a case, you will be notified via email by Eagle Flag & Supply. When delayed shipments become ready to ship, we will email you unless you contact us and choose to cancel any portion of your order that has not been shipped.
Shipping Timeframes
Standard Shipping: Our standard method of shipping is UPS ground shipping. You may expect to receive your order within 2-6 business days from the date of shipment.
PO Box Shipping: We cannot deliver to PO Boxes. During checkout, please be sure to provide us with a physical shipping address.
Undeliverable & Refused Packages
If a delivery is refused for any reason, or considered undeliverable due to an invalid shipping address you will be charged a penalty that may include, but not limited to extra shipping charges.
Please proofread your order before finalizing. Shipping information cannot be changed once you place your order.
